To indiscriminately and intentionally harm, injure, maim, and kill innocent and unsuspecting people anywhere in the world is the most horrific act of treason against all of humanity.
A fitting response would be to identify, locate, apprehend, charge, try, convict, and punish the guilty person by exiling and banishing them to the harshest and farthest end of the earth.
