This Thing That I Do

By Jon Dunnemann

What shall we call this thing that I do,
this thing that I do whenever I look at you?

Whenever I look at you I always manage to see something new.

I always manage to see something new and I am convinced that this is clearly not some mere snafu.

Clearly not some mere snafu this heart of mine refuses to ever grow tired of you.

This heart of mine refuses to ever grow tired of you because it's now tightly held together and reinforced with Elmer's glue.

Now tightly held together and reinforced with Elmer's glue I guess what this all means is that my fate is forever sealed with you.
